Pass It Forward Foundation respects the privacy of youth, families, volunteers, donors, partners, and website visitors. This notice explains the information we collect through passitforwardla.org and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide through contact, newsletter, volunteer, donation, event, or program interest forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the reason you contacted us. Payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by this website. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and cookie preferences through Wix and related service providers.

How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide program and event information, process donations, coordinate volunteering, improve the website, protect the safety and security of our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Youth privacy
Program participation information for minors should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school or community partner. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this public website without verified parent or guardian involvement. PIF may request consent before collecting information needed for youth program participation.

Health and wellness information
This public website supports nonclinical therapeutic sports, wellness education, and community programs. It is not a patient portal, clinical care platform, or emergency service. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, or urgent health concerns through general website forms. When clinical services are needed, PIF refers participants to qualified providers.

Sharing and service providers
We may share limited information with service providers that support website hosting, forms, email, analytics, donations, and social media features. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or with your permission. Embedded services such as Instagram and payment providers follow their own privacy practices.

Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, program administration, legal requirements, or legitimate nonprofit operations.
