Pass It Forward Foundation is excited to present EmpowerHIM Men’s Health & Wellness Day, a transformative event dedicated to empowering men through holistic health, self-care, and wellness. This community-centered gathering will offer a supportive space for men to cultivate their minds, bodies, and spirits through meaningful conversations, engaging activities, and access to valuable wellness resources.
Founded in 2017 by U.S. Paralympic Coach/Trainer La Tijera Avery, the Pass It Forward Foundation is a Los Angeles–based registered medical nonprofit that engages youth and young adults in therapeutic sports, wellness, and education programs. With a mission to bridge gaps in access to health and education, Pass It Forward positively impacts the behavioral, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals across Los Angeles County and beyond through the art of sports.
