Therapeutic sports training
Pass It Forward Foundation delivers a dynamic and life-changing Therapeutic Sports Training program that is redefining youth development across Los Angeles County—during the school day and after school. Blending the power of sports with mental wellness, mentorship, and academic support, our program empowers youth to grow stronger not just physically, but emotionally and socially.
Through engaging, sport-specific sessions, mindfulness practices, and motivational coaching, students of all abilities—especially those navigating trauma, anxiety, or social-emotional challenges—build confidence, resilience, and a true sense of belonging. From school campuses to local parks, our certified coaches create safe spaces where youth can move, heal, learn, and lead.
Starting at the age of initial enrollment, students with a clear interest in basketball receive guidance on a pathway toward collegiate recruitment, preparing them early with the physical, academic, and mental tools necessary for success on and off the court.
We’re not just providing sports.
We’re creating healing, hope, and high-level opportunities—one youth, one family, one movement at a time.
This is more than a program.
This is a game plan for life.
We’re not just coaching sports.
We’re coaching life. We’re building movements. We’re passing it forward.
